ousing Foundation has approved the purchase of 20,000 kanal land for extension in Bhara Kahu H
ousing Scheme (BKHS) under joint venture formula.
Sources privy to the development said that the approval was accorded during a meeting held under H
ousing and W
orks Secretary Shahrukh Arbab.
All members of the executive committee along with h
ousing foundation directors attended the meeting. The executive committee jointly approved the purchasing of land at the cost of Rs 4,00,000 per kanal in Bhara Kahu under a joint venture policy approved by the federal cabinet.
Rs 25,00,000 per kanal on account of development expenses were approved with the cost of one kanal being 290,000.
